with what you are wanting to purchase, and I will send you a Paypal Invoice for payment.  Customer orders for the Holidays can be placed up to the 11th of December, all other orders can be placed up to the 16th of December in order to get it in time for the holidays.  If your order is over $20.00, USPS shipping and Insurance is free for the holidays.
